We wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you have done for us. You went above and beyond the call of duty to help us fit the budget. You surprisingly were able to get us two vehicles which have proven to be an incredible benefit and we could not be happier.
Times are tough and gas prices are high and we were debating if we could afford two cars. The cars get great gas mileage and we really don't miss the 'power' in our former Vue.
You are the reason we keep returning to Saturn and it does feel like we are part of your family. We have been Saturn customers for seven years (four of those years with you). With the wonderful service we receive, we will keep returning.
You are one of a kind and we really are happy with our vehicles and everything you do for us, including checking up on us periodically. By the way, I love the drawer in the Vue.
Words cannot really express how happy we are but I hope this did the job. We're not sure if it is the New Yorkers in us but we are not accustomed to having such nice things done for us with no strings attached. The only thing that you asked from us is to be happy and keep returning and we are very happy and will keep coming back.

Quick story: Our daughter Gabrielle (3- years -old) went to daycare and told her buddies that SHE has two new cars. When we went to pick her up from daycare, the daycare provider questioned us about it and we said yes we did just get two vehicles and the parents got a big kick out of it. Gabrielle tells everyone we have two 'Saturns' so hopefully she's drumming up business.

I already have a Ford Explorer that I purchased through Phil Long but was now in the market for a used vehicle for my son who is soon to be going off to college. We weren't 100% sure what we wanted so we spent some time in Motor City looking at cars and we first found a Scion at the Toyota dealer that he liked. We continued to search and ended up at Saturn looking at a used Celica and a Saturn.
The day after going to Saturn, Guy called me in the morning to follow-up and I mentioned to him that my son was interested in a Scion but we hadn't made a final decision as of yet. He went out looking at options at the various Phil Long locations and had two for us to look at that day. We still looked around because the two he had didn't quite meet our needs but Guy continued to search for us and brought a vehicle down from Highlands Ranch. It was perfect so as of today I now own a beautiful 2006 Scion that my son loves.
This is just a summary of my experience with Guy. There have been numerous calls back and forth and only one other person that we met while looking with even bothered to call me as a follow-up. Guy has stayed with us throughout the process, answering all questions without being pushy. I trusted him throughout.
I did buy another car last spring (Volvo) because it was the car I wanted but I can honestly tell you the experience I had throught that dealer was horrible. If it hadn't been the right car I would have walked away. I have learned that going through the Phil Long Dealers is the way to go if you want to have the right buying experience and I just wanted to say thanks for hiring folks like Guy! He did a great job with us an for me to say that I am in the business of customer support, it really means a lot.

Endorsement of Satisfaction
Having just purchased my fourth Saturn Product, one might be curious as to why I purcahsed 3 of them from Saturn of Colorado Springs. Simply stated, because of fidelity and trust. Additionally, "The Saturn Family" is much more than buzz words to me. We Saturn of Colorado Springs I have always felt more like a family member than just a customer, ho hum, who would walk out the door after the purchase never to be seen again. Tom May, Sales Manager, and Rich Cruz, Salesman, are stellar examples of Saturn representatives that treat people like ffamily, show genuine concern adn respect for their customers and give an authentic sense of the local family atmosphere which exists at Saturn of Colorado Springs. It is this personal touch that has kept me coming back to Saturn and not any phony corporate confetti and glitz.
My thanks and congratulations to those of you at Saturn who have known me for so many years and gained both the trust and respect which I now afford to you.
Lastly, my encouragement to any readying this who are prospective buyers at Saturn of Colorado Springs whether it be a new Saturn, or a previously owned vehicle of any make and model.
